My name is Ioana Calin, I am a wedding dress designer. I have had a love for wedding dresses since I designed my own dress 11 years ago! Since then I knew that I wanted to make as many happy brides as possible.

In 2008, I enrolled at the Accademia del Lusso in Rome, where I studied everything this fabulous world of fashion means from the best. After finishing my studies, in 2012 I returned to the country, where I opened the salon L'Atelier Ioana Calin in Satu Mare, my hometown. It was a dream come true and a great achievement for me!

In 2016 I was invited to New York Fashion Week where my collection was highly appreciated! In 2017, during the "Romanian Performance and Excellence Gala", I was again awarded and designated "Best wedding dress designer". These titles and awards were a good incentive for me to keep going and to dream that everything is possible in life if you really believe. My style is modern, slightly sexy and created from classic materials but perfectly combined for each individual bride.

Because I fell in love with the city that adopted me, in 2018 I opened a dress salon in Rome, namely L'Atelier de Sogno. With all my love for wedding dresses, in 2020 I created the line of dresses for little girls but also for mother-daughter, namely Lana, and in 2021 I launched the Iconic street-sport line.
